    Troy DeLong

    Agent / Operations Manager

Born in Lansing and raised in Holt. My background is Mechanical Engineering, but my passion is Real Estate Investing. I’ve been a licensed agent since December of 2020. I work with all Buyers and Sellers alike, but my main clientele are out-of-state investors.

I currently ‘House Hack’ a duplex in the Lansing area (where you live in one unit and rent out the other) and have bought and sold investment properties and vacant land in the past. My goal is to own and manage a decent size portfolio of rental units in the Mid-Michigan area.

I believe the key to life is to build it the way that YOU want it. Although that will take a lot of hard work and time, I am driven by the vision that I have painted for myself. I truly believe we have an amazing team here at Achieve, where we all share our goals with one another and help where we can.

When time allows, I love to travel with friends and family, hike, read, complete a house project, try new bars and restaurants, workout and watch the newest movie someone tells me about. There are plenty of real estate agents and teams out there, so make sure you find the right one who works for you.

My mission is to seamlessly integrate a diverse range of real estate and investment services, ensuring that my clients receive comprehensive, end-to-end solutions tailored to their unique needs. My core principles are rooted in a long-term vision.

A client-centric approach is at the heart of everything I do. I strive to create remarkable experiences by understanding my clients’ needs and fostering transparent relationships, aiming to offer valuable client experiences.
